We are currently seeking a Clearing Supervisor to join our field operations team. This is a field-based position leading right-of-way clearing crews on active transmission line and substation construction projects. Day-to-day, you will plan and supervise mechanical clearing operations, enforce safety standards, and manage crew productivity and cost to keep projects running efficiently and in alignment with contractual requirements.
The Clearing Supervisor leads and directs multiple right-of-way clearing crews to support construction of transmission lines and substations, ensuring clearing scope is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsible for work planning, safety enforcement, and coordination with Project Managers and General Foremen to keep clearing operations aligned with contract requirements. This role will also include field-level coordination with landowners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Pay rate: $43.27 – 57.70 per hour
