AI Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Allteck Limited Partnership is one of Canada’s leading specialized solutions providers in electrical utility construction — delivering complex transmission, distribution, and substation projects that keep the grid running for communities across the country. As a Quanta Services subsidiary, our people get something rare: the tight-knit feel of a close-knit team backed by the resources and stability of a Fortune 300 powerhouse.

Our culture is built on three core values: good safety is good business, with an unwavering mission to eliminate life-threatening, life-altering, and life-ending events; people are at the heart of everything we do; and we do what we say we’re going to do — full accountability, every time.

We’re growing fast — expanding further into the US while strengthening our lead in Canada. If you want to be part of something that’s moving, this is the place.

Energy infrastructure is one of the most consequential sectors on the continent and Allteck is at the center of it. Thousands of kilometers of powerline. Mission-critical clients. A workforce of skilled tradespeople delivering projects that millions depend on.

We’re looking for a driven AI Operations Analyst to bring AI into that world, not as a novelty, but as a real operational edge. You’ll work side by side with department leaders, frontline teams, and our IT department to find the friction, build smart solutions, and deliver results that stick. This isn’t just about implementing tools; it’s about making the people around you better at what they do.

If you are the kind of person who walks into a room, asks the right questions, and leaves with a plan — we built this role for you.
