Mike Scott
Mike was appointed President of Allteck Limited Partnership (Allteck) and Canadian Utility Construction Limited Partnership (CUC) on March 1st of 2020, having transitioned from the role of Chief Operating Officer which he held for four years leading up to this appointment. Mike joined Allteck in 2001 and has accumulated 30 years of experience in the Utility Construction Industry. Mike’s extensive field experience with transmission and distribution construction projects have provided him with the expertise and knowledge required for operational execution and business excellence. During his years in the field, Mike built a strong reputation as a safe, respectful, and conscientious Journeyman Powerline Technician. In keeping with Allteck and CUC’s company rules, Mike mandates that everyone gives the highest priority to the health & safety of both the employees and the public, which means maintaining a diverse, respectful, and healthy workplace for all to thrive. These commitments guide Mike in his daily business decisions as he drives the companies to continuous growth.

Chief Financial Officer
Rob Beard
Rob is a Chief Financial Officer who works with his colleagues to improve company profitability through a process of continuous improvement in business and communication strategies.
Rob believes that teamwork and inclusion build high performance work teams whereby each employee grows and contributes positively towards the achievement of the corporation’s goals.
Rob has garnered his experiences working in various industries across Western Canada including Oil & Gas, Forestry, Heavy Equipment Sales, Construction in both the Electrical Industrial and Specialty Services sectors, and most recently in Foundation Construction for another Quanta Services company. Throughout his career he has developed his leadership abilities in Finance, Accounting, IT, and Human Resources.
Rob is a Certified Professional Accountant and received his designation in 2007.
Rob attended Mount Royal College in Calgary, where he obtained his Accounting Diploma (honours) and Advanced Accounting Certificate. Prior to that he obtained his Bachelor of Physical Education at the University of Calgary.

Brad Erickson
Brad started his career in the Utility Industry as an Electrical Apprentice in 1994. After obtaining his Red Seal, Brad worked with a variety of Clients across British Columbia and Northern Alberta, developing a deep understanding of the Utility System works.
With over 27 years of experience, Brad brings the trade and management knowledge needed to lead a company that specializes in providing top safety and quality services to multiply utilities.

Chris Grajek
Chris has been working in the utility construction and maintenance sector since 2006, providing direction and managing a team of safety, environmental, and work method professionals in the high voltage electrical and natural gas industry. Chris is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) with extensive experience in utility construction and maintenance of high voltage and gas transmission/distribution/stations, remote and heavy terrain environments, air and marine logistical operations, and various specialized work methods for the utility energy sector. Chris sits on the executive board of the Utility Safety Operations Leadership Network (USOLN) supporting various utility owners, contractors, and support services in the construction and maintenance of utility infrastructure. He has a passion for operational excellence and empowering employees to build capacity within their working environment.

Chase Anderson
As the Vice President of Operations at the Allteck Group of Companies, Chase brings two decades of operational expertise to the executive team. Beginning his career with Allteck in 2007 as a Powerline Technician, Chase has advanced through various roles, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement and results-oriented management.
Chase has a distinguished record of enhancing efficiency, optimizing processes, and cultivating a culture of accountability and innovation. His emphasis on collaboration and leadership in fostering a high-performance environment positions him as a pivotal force in driving operational success. Chase is dedicated to steering Allteck & Canadian Utility Construction towards sustained growth and operational excellence.

Senior Account Manager, Indigenous Business
Nicole DesRosiers
Nicole leads the management and communications of internal and external Indigenous community relations for the Allteck Group of Companies. She is responsible for building strong client relationships with Indigenous communities, developing effective account management strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of these communities. With a deep commitment to understanding the community needs and economic development requirements of the Indigenous communities where Allteck and Canadian Utility Construction operate, Nicole ensures the ongoing alignment of the company’s Indigenous policies, programs, and communications.
Nicole has a proven track record of successfully bringing together people and resources to deliver results that exceed stakeholders’ expectations. Early in her career, she spent 11 years in the Travel and Hospitality industry before transitioning into business administration in 2002 and joining Allteck in 2008. With over 30 years of professional experience, she is a vital pillar of the executive support team. Nicole respects and has a genuine commitment to supporting Indigenous-led initiatives, reinforcing her role as a trusted partner in Indigenous business relations.

Tina Sitter
Tina serves as the Director of Accounting for the Allteck Group of Companies. Joining Allteck in 2006, Tina has accumulated 18 years of extensive experience in various accounting roles within the organization. She holds both CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designations, having completed her degree at Kwantlen University College.
In her role, Tina is responsible for overseeing all facets of financial management, including accounting and controls, financial planning, and operational support. Her strategic oversight is crucial in executing our profitable growth initiatives. Tina’s leadership and depth of experience contribute significantly to the Senior Leadership team, making her an integral part of the organization.
