The Procurement Specialist is responsible for addressing procurement needs, setting up master service agreements and administering contracts within the two organizations. The selected candidate will be responsible for various procurement activities which includes identifying needs and potential suppliers, developing thorough requests for proposals, soliciting bids, reviewing bids and selecting suppliers, administering and awarding contracts, maintaining vendor relationships, and updating vendor pricing in our ERP system. Potential to grow into a senior procurement role over time with increasing level of responsibility and organizational impact.
